Barcam Electrical Service welcomed Rosemary to the family in early 2019. Rosemary brings with her a stellar amount of experience in accounts and payroll, so we had no choice but to appoint her our Accounts and Payroll officer. Rosemary is also learning the other aspects of the day-to-day running of the office, including scheduling.

Having worked for the same, large, company for more than 30 years prior to coming to Barcam, Rosemary was looking for something which that company had lost: that family-oriented feeling. Since joining the team, Rosemary has formed close bonds with the other Barcam staff, but it is our clients who she truly loves.

Rosemary says she has never known clients to be so appreciative of what she does. She believes it is because she will take the time to listen to them, calm them when they are frantic and think outside the box to find them a solution. This is the sort of attention she was unable to give to her clients when working for a conglomerate.

Rosemary is a firm believer of following your passions and the things you enjoy. Which is why, as a bookworm at heart, Rosemary won’t be caught far from her latest literary obsession on the weekend. But, if she can’t find something to sink her teeth into, she always goes back to her favourites, Bryce Courtenay’s The Power of One and Geraldine Brooks, People of the Book.
