Meagan joined Barcam’s administration team in 2006 when her husband, Ross, took over management of our then Commercial division. For the next four years, Meagan continued to juggle administration duties while working from home and raising her and Ross’ three children. In 2010, when we relocated to our new Sydney Street premises, Meagan took on the role of Office Manager and has been in the position ever since.

Meagan’s role extends far beyond mere administration duties. She regularly liaises with clients, oversees work placement and is integral in the moulding of our apprentices into respectable tradesman. Constant communication and teamwork are two things which Meagan relies upon and which our clients love about her.

Throughout her time with Barcam, Meagan has learnt a lot about the electrical trade. This makes Meagan a valuable asset in fielding our client enquiries, as she can correctly advise the clients and efficiently assign jobs to our departments. But, on the odd occasion she is stumped, Meagan will make it her mission to find the answer as she prides herself on going the extra mile for our clients.

Meagan’s love of being surrounded by people carries on in her home life as well. On the weekends or during holidays, she, Ross and the kids will be out fishing and camping with a large group of friends or family. But, don’t be misled into thinking Ross rules the campsite: Meagan is always the Camp Boss.
